Introduction to Yoga

This 6-week program is ideal start for those who decided to familiarized themselves with the magical world of Yoga.

During this course we learn:

  •   basic asanas (postures)
  • main breathing techniques
  • benefits of regular practice
  • relaxation and meditation
  • healthy daily routine
  • brief history of yoga

Program schedule:

Length: 6 classes, every Thursday
Format: 90 min, 7pm-8:30pm
Start/End: May 31st – July 5th, 2018
Cost: $150.00 per course

With 500+ hours of training/teaching and over 10 years of personal practice, Elena has a very deep understanding for people who just started their relationship with Yoga.
Her passion toward working with people and practicing yoga makes her classes very relaxing and engaging at the same time. Elena is certified with Canadian Yoga Alliance (CYA-RYT 500) and with International Yoga Alliance.
